How To Proof Bread Dough (Rise)

It's expensive to make bread dough rise in a microwave.
However, with this method, you can get light and puffy risen dough even on rainy days or cold winter days.

Ingredients

Water
1000 ml

Steps

1. Bring a pot of water of to a boil. Turn off the heat.
2. Put your bread dough in a bowl that fits completely inside a steamer.
3. Place the steamer on top of the pot of boiling water. Place a piece of kitchen parchment paper on top, then the pot lid, to prevent the dough from drying out.
4. Then just leave the dough to rise 1 to 2 hours.
5. For the 2nd rising, re-heat the water and transfer it to a big frying pan. Put the baking tray with the formed dough on top of the frying pan. Cover with a flour-dusted piece of plastic wrap to prevent the dough from drying out.
6. If the water in the pot gets cold, heat it up briefly. ※ Remove the steamer.

So I thought of a method that is as natural and economical as possible for proofing dough.
