Put the olive oil in a frying pan, and sauté the ground beef until well browned.
Add the onion. Sauté until wilted.
Add the red wine, and stir until it has evaporated.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until thickened.

This is a quick and simple meat sauce I developed to put on pizza.
If you let the ground meat get burned a bit, it will add nuttiness and richness. To use this sauce on pasta, thin it out a bit with the pasta cooking water. It makes 2 servings. Make a large batch and freeze it in portions.
