Really Nutritious Kabocha Squash Salad

The rich flavor of kabocha squash goes so well with all kinds of vegetables! I added some tuna and ham this time to make it a very satisfying salad.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Kabocha squash
1/4
Ham
4 slices
Onion
1/4
Corn kernels
10 g
Canned tuna
1 can
Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Cut the kabocha squash up into 2 cm wide pieces, and microwave for 3 minutes. Slice the onion and put into a bowl of water. Slice the ham into 1 cm wide pieces.
2. Mash the kabocha squash up lightly, mix with all the other ingredients, and it's done.
