Cheesecake in a Silicone Steamer

Cheesecake in a Silicone Steamer

Everything is done in the silicone steamer. This is a reduced-calorie cheesecake that doesn't use heavy cream.

Ingredients: 12 x 19 cm silicone steamer

Cream cheese
100 g
Butter (or margarine)
10 g
30 g
Pancake mix
25 g
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice (or concentrate)
1 teaspoon

1. Put the cream cheese and butter in the steamer case and microwave at 600 W for 40 seconds to soften.
2. Use a whisk to mix until creamy. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
3. Put the remaining ingredients into the steamer one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Use a spoon to transfer any of the batter stuck to the sides of the steamer. Wipe the edges of the steamer.
5. When the oven is done preheating, put the steamer and bake for 35 minutes while keeping an eye on it.
6. Let cool as-is for a bit, remove from the mold and cut.
7. This recipe uses a 125 x 190 x 80 mm, 640 ml silicone steamer
