Children Will Love These ♪ Easy ♡ Hand-Rolled Sushi

With ingredients on hand, your everyday meal can become a bit more extravagant♪ Kids won't be able to stop making and eating them♡ The texture of the tenkasu (tempura crumbs) is delightful♪

Ingredients: 4 servings

Cooked rice
1.5 rice cooker cups' worth (225 g)
Chirashi-zushi mix
1 package
Fish sausage
1
Carrot
1/2
Takuan (yellow pickled daikon)
to taste
Cabbage
1-2 leaves
Sliced cheese (or blocks)
1-2 slices
Tempura crumbs (tenkasu)
to taste
Toasted nori seaweed
about 4 sheets
Eggs
2
Milk
30ml
Soy sauce (optional)
to taste
Mayonnaise
to taste

Steps

1. Add the chirashi-zushi mix to the rice. (Sushi rice is also fine.)
2. Slice all ingredients into thin strips. Wrap the carrots and cabbage separately in plastic wrap. Microwave for 1-1 and 1/2 minutes.
3. Mix the milk and egg, and prepare an omelet. Cut eggs into long, thin strips.
4. Serve with soy sauce to taste. Have everyone roll their own and enjoy♪
