Add the chirashi-zushi mix to the rice. (Sushi rice is also fine.)
Slice all ingredients into thin strips. Wrap the carrots and cabbage separately in plastic wrap. Microwave for 1-1 and 1/2 minutes.
Mix the milk and egg, and prepare an omelet. Cut eggs into long, thin strips.
Serve with soy sauce to taste. Have everyone roll their own and enjoy♪

I wanted to make a modest hand roll that could be served as an everyday meal.
I used the chirashi-zushi mix because I wanted to add more ingredients, but these are also good with regular sushi rice. Arrange the dish with ingredients you have on hand. I recommend using tempura crumbs to add a nice texture.
