Bean Sprout Namul with Tasty Sesame Oil

Sesame oil is delicious. You can eat this dish even for breakfast since there's no garlic. It also makes a great benot filler.

Bean sprouts
1 bag
☆Sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoons
1/3-2/3 teaspoon
☆Chicken stock granules
2/3 teaspoon
☆Water (see Step 3)
2 teaspoons
Roasted white sesame seeds (I recommend the grated sesame seeds)
3 tablespoons

1. Boil or microwave the bean sprouts. Squeeze out the excess water.
2. Add the ☆ ingredients to the boiled bean sprouts and mix well. Add roasted white sesame seeds on top. It tastes better if you grind the roasted sesame seeds.
3. If you don't like it watery, don't add any water.

Story Behind this Recipe

Prepared this way, my children eat a lot of bean sprouts. I use bean sprouts a lot since they are easy on the budget. I normally use 2 bags of bean sprouts and double the recipe.
