Tuna Salad with Dill and Lemon

With lots of dill and lemon giving it a refreshing finish, this is a tuna salad with a twist.

Ingredients: 1 tuna can's worth

Canned tuna
1 can
Celery
10 cm
Minced dill
2 tablespoons plus
Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Drain the tuna. Peel and finely chop the celery. Mince the leafy part of the dill.
2. Put the tuna, celery, dill, lemon juice and mayonnaise into a bowl and mix well. Taste it, and season with salt and pepper.
3. Let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to finish. Enjoy with sandwiches or crackers!
4. You can put the leafy parts of dill in a Ziploc bag and store them in the freezer.
