Kinako Cookies for Dieters

I recommend these for when you're on a diet! They are egg-, butter-, and oil-free, crunchy kinako cookies.

Ingredients: about 15 cookies

Kinako
30 g
Flour
30 g
Katakuriko
20 g
Sugar
25 g
Milk
30 ml

Steps

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. It will become quite lumpy and difficult to mix, but if you use your hands to knead it, it's easy.
2. Roll the dough out to 2-5 mm thick and cut out shapes. Bake in a 180℃ oven for 12 minutes and then they're done.
3. If the cookie dough is rolled out thinly, it will make crispy and crunchy, hard cookies. If the dough is thicker, the cookies will be moist. Adjust to your liking.

Story Behind this Recipe

After I gave birth, I couldn't stop eating sweet things and couldn't lose the pregnancy weight... So I came up with this low calorie but still sweet snack.
