Processed cheese slices
about 1/2 slice
or Shredded processed cheese
a pinch
thick-sliced processed cheese, processed cheese cube, etc.
1 (optional)


1. Make miso soup as you usually do.
2. Ladle into bowls and scatter on cheese.
3. It's ready to eat. Even if you feel like heating it a little, take a bite and try it like this first.

Story Behind this Recipe

This recipe was created for my kids who aren't big fans of miso soup. This really adds a nice flavor to the soup and kids seem to approve.
