My Family's Spicy Dan Dan Hot Pot with Sesame Seeds

Thinly sliced pork

Steps

1. Chop the pork, bacon, and vegetables into bite-size pieces. Add the ★ ingredients and vegetables (that takes longer to cook through) in a pot, and turn on the heat.
2. Add olive oil in a frying pan. Add the ☆ ingredients, and turn on the heat. Stir-fry and mix everything together. Then add the bacon and pork and continue stir-frying until browned.
3. When the Step 1 starts to boil, add the Step 2 pork and bacon into the pot with the oil. Add the remaining vegetables (which cooks through quickly, such as mushrooms), and simmer.
4. Sprinkle ra-yu chili sesame oil if you like, and it's done!
5. Add Chinese noodles or Champon noodles to finish. Drink up the soup!
