Mixing soy milk and vegetable juice gives you a thick and creamy drink. They mutually cancel out the others' strong flavors and become mellow. I love this drink.
I've been drinking this for a long time. When my child had a dairy allergy, I served them this under the pretense that they were drinking a yogurt drink.
For some reason, mixing cow's milk with vegetable juice doesn't give the same thick creaminess. I recommend using soy milk.
