Stir-fried Oysters with Ponzu Sauce

Just quickly stir-fry the oysters and mix in the sauce Enjoy while piping hot.

Ingredients

Oysters
6
Katakuriko
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
2 teaspoons
Ponzu
2 teaspoons
Green onions (optional)
a small amount

Steps

1. Wash the oysters and wipe away the moisture.
2. Season them with salt and pepper and coat them with the katakuriko. Coat a frying pan with the oil and stir-fry.
3. When both sides are done, add the ponzu sauce and mix it in well.
4. Transfer to a serving plate, and add some finely chopped leek if you have it.
