Just 4 Minutes: A Bit of Homemade Condensed Milk in the Microwave

You can make thick condensed milk by using Creap Coffee Creamer.

Ingredients: Makes 2 1/2 Tablespoons

Creap Coffee Creamer
2 tablespoons
2 1/2 tablespoons
4 tablespoons

1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Microwave for 2 minutes at 500 W with no wrap. Take out and lightly stir before replacing in the microwave for 2 more minutes at 500 W. Take out and stir again.
3. When you take it out of the microwave, it still won't be very thick. But once it has cooled, it will thicken.
4. Put the bowl with the mixture into a bowl filled with ice water and stir until it thickens. Then it's finished. You can also just put it in the refrigerator to chill after cooling off slightly.
5. Condensed Milk Tea (120 ml hot water + 1 tablespoon condensed milk) is delicious too. You should try drizzling it on strawberries or toast; Make sweet potatoes treats with it, or mix it in your shrimp with mayonnaise dish.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to try to make it like the condensed milk that they sell in the store, so decided to use Creap Coffee Creamer to make it thick and creamy. It's so delicious, I don't buy it from the store anymore.
You should absolutely use Creap Coffee Creamer or a similar creamer that's made from fresh milk!
