Just cook and place on top of the omelet. A no-effort omelet filled with rice!! This rice mixed with tomato sauce and cheese, along with butter gives this omelet a nice kick. My house goes crazy for this.
Wash the rice and add to your rice cooker together with the tomato sauce. Add water just above the 2 cup line and mix well. Cook on regular setting.
Once the rice has cooked, mix in Parmesan cheese. Cover with a lid and steam. It's al dente immediately after cooking, so let it steam and settle a bit.
