Delicious Simmered Meat and Tofu with Mentsuyu

This is easy and delicious! You can't hope for more than that!

Ingredients: about 4 servings

Tofu
400 g
Pork
200 g
Shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
to your liking
Aburaage

Mentsuyu (diluted)
100 ml
Water
200 ml

Steps

1. Stir-fry the shirataki noodles in vegetable oil and a small amount of sesame oil in advance.
2. Heat vegetable oil and a small amount of sesame oil in a pot, and stir-fry the meat until the colour changes.
3. Pour in the diluted mentsuyu, and add roughly chopped ingredients.
4. Cover with a small lid that sits right on top of the food (otoshibuta), and simmer for about 15 ~ 20 minutes over low heat. Then it's done.
