Good for Diets! Tofu Soboro

Top it on rice and make a soboro rice bowl! You can eat as much as you want because it's tofu!

Ingredients

Firm tofu
1 packet
Seasoning
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sugar
2 tablespoons
Sake
2 tablespoons
Miso
1 tablespoon
Granulated dashi soup stock
1 teaspoon
Grated ginger
1 thumbtip's worth

Steps

1. Microwave the tofu for 3-4 minutes and place a weight on top of it to drain it. Mix the seasoning ingredient together beforehand.
2. Heat oil in a pan and place the tofu in, while breaking it up by hand.
3. Fry it well until it breaks into tiny pieces.
4. Add seasoning sauce, and mix it well until the sauce is completely mixed!
