Juicy Tandoori Style Chicken

Tender chicken marinated in yogurt. Easy tandoori chicken that you only have to marinate and cook.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken thigh meat
700-800g
*Yogurt
150g
*Lemon juice
1 tablespoon (use lime juice if you have any)
*Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
*Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
*Salt
1 teaspoon
*Grated ginger
1 tablespoon
*Grated garlic
1 tablespoon
*Curry powder
1 tablespoon
*Paprika powder
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the chicken thigh meat into large pices (approximately 6 pieces from 1 thigh). Mix the * ingredients and put into ia plastic bag, and marinate the chicken. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the chicken on top and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
