Pan-Fried Ginger Pork

Pan fried pork with ginger using sliced pork chunks. Why not making this for today's dinner? It's a family favorite in my house!


Sliced pork offcuts
about 250 g
Garlic (minced)
1 clove
Salt and pepper
☆ Ginger (grated)
1 small piece
☆ Garlic (grated)
1 small piece
☆ Sugar
1 teaspoon
☆ Honey
1 teaspoon
☆ Mirin
3 tablespoons
☆ Cooking sake
2 tablespoons
☆ Soy sauce
3 to 4 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
as needed


1. Slice the onion thinly. Heat some oil and garlic in a pan. Once it's fragrant, add the meat and the onion and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir fry.
2. Cook until the onion caramelizes in a golden-brown color. When the onion turns brown, add the ☆ ingredients and mix to combine. You're all done.
