Easy, Tasty, Non-fried Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce

It only involves stir-frying and mixing with the sauce. This recipe is just too easy.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Shrimp (small)

Broccoli
1 bunch
★Mayonnaise
5 tablespoons
★Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons
★Doubanjiang
1/2 teaspoon
★Ketchup
1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
To taste
Sake
As needed
Katakuriko
As needed
Minced ginger and garlic
1 clove each
Mayonnaise (to finish)
As prefererd

Steps

1. Chop broccoli into desired sizes. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2-3 minutes. (I usually cook the stem as well.)
2. Mix all ★ condiments to make the sauce.
3. Peel and devein the shrimp. Put the shrimp, salt, pepper, and sake into a plastic bag, and rub in. Add katakuriko to coat.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and continue to heat.
5. When the shrimp is cooked through, add broccoli and continue to stir-fry.
6. Add the ★ sauce and mix well.
7. Dish it up and serve with mayonnaise.
