Komatsuna and Boiled Chicken Mixed with Sweet Chili Sauce and Sesame

This is a rich and voluminous marinated salad dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Komatsuna
1/2 bunch
Boiled chicken
1/2
Sesame paste
1 1/2 tablespoons
Sweet chili sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
Chicken broth (optional)
1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Use your family's cooking method to boil the chicken. I always use this boiled chicken recipe Recipe ID: 580163.
2. Parboil the komatsuna, cut into about 3 cm lengths, and squeeze out the excess water. Tear up the chicken into pieces.
3. Mix the sesame paste and sweet chili sauce, and add Step 2 to the sauce. Mix well, and you're done.
