Easy Mizuna and Daikon Radish Salad

I love the flavor of these two ingredients combined! It's a really refreshing and delicious salad.


Mizuna greens
3 bunches
Daikon radish
4 cm
★ Bonito flakes
1 packet
★ Chicken soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
★ Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
★ Mentsuyu
about 1 tablespoon


1. Cut up the vegetables: Cut the mizuna greens up into 3 cm wide pieces. Finely julienne the daikon radish.
2. Mix the ★ ingredients together in a bowl. Please adjust the amount of mentsuyu sauce to your taste.
3. Mix the sauce with the well drained vegetables. Let the flavors blend together a bit, and it's done.
