This char siu (Chinese style roasted pork belly) taste better than one from a ramen shop. Everyone in your family will be pleased. Enjoy the melt in your mouth, delicious, and exquisite char siu at home.
Put the pork belly in a meat netting and brown the surface in a skillet.
Place the pork from Step 1 into a pressure cooker. Add the Japanese leek, ginger and the ☆ ingredients and close the lid. Cook under pressure for 15 minutes.
After the pressure is released, take out the Japanese leeks. When the sauce cools down, remove the solidified fat. It will be even more delicious if you leave it for more than a day so the taste soaks in.
If you marinate the soft-boiled eggs in the soup, they will be delicious too.
You can serve them on a big plate or use it as a ramen noodle toppings.
