Remove the chicken liver from the skewers and grind it with a mortal and pestle until paste.
Bring the cream cheese to room temperature so it is soft. Mix the cream cheese with the liver. Transfer the pâté into a serving plate and serve it with baguette or vegetable sticks.
Add some coarsely ground black pepper if desired.

Just came into my mind kind of dish.
I used mascarpone cheese this time. Please use any of your favorite cream cheeses. It can also be delicious if you use sour cream or whipped cream instead of the cheese. The liver is already seasoned, so use it as it is.
