Easy and Scrumptious Liver Pâté in 5 Minutes

This is a delicious pâté that is a mixture of the store-bought chicken liver yakitori and cream cheese.

Ingredients: 2 small servings as an appetizer

Store-bought chicken liver yakitori
2 skewers
Cream cheese
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Remove the chicken liver from the skewers and grind it with a mortal and pestle until paste.
2. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature so it is soft. Mix the cream cheese with the liver. Transfer the pâté into a serving plate and serve it with baguette or vegetable sticks.
3. Add some coarsely ground black pepper if desired.
