Colorful Fall Kabocha Squash and Sweet Potato Salad

A simple salad that's flavored with mayonnaise only!

Ingredients: An easy-to-make amount

Kabocha squash
1/4
Sweet potato
1/2
Mayonnaise
5 tablespoons

Steps

1. Prep the vegetables. Cube the kabocha squash and sweet potato and boil.
2. Put the sweet potato pieces in a bowl of water first to get rid of any bitterness. Boil both the sweet potato and kabocha squash starting with cold water.
3. When both are tender, drain well and transfer to a bowl. Mix in the mayonnaise while still warm.
4. Cool in the refrigerator before serving. Add some raisins to taste.
