Easy Meat-Miso

This is a meat-miso recipe that has been simplified as much as possible. It's delicious served on rice, and my kids love it.

Ingredients: About 4 servings

Ground beef mix
Shiitake mushrooms
4 mushrooms
Boiled bamboo shoots
1 piece
★ Sugar
3 tablespoons
★ Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
★ Sake
3 tablespoons
★ Tianmianjiang
3 tablespoons (about 60g)


1. Mix the ★ ingredients together in a microwave-safe container, microwave for a minute, and blend throughly. Finely chop the shiitake and boiled bamboo shoot.
2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, cook the meat until browned, then add the boiled bamboo shoot and cook for longer.
3. Add the ★ ingredients to Step 2, and cook until the liquids have evaporated and the meat has cooked through.
