Diet Meal Tofu & Bean Sprout Soup

This is easy to season and quick to make. Eating a generous amount of bean sprouts and tofu will fill you up and leave you feeling satisfied.

Ingredients

Tofu
1 block
Bean sprouts
1/2 ~ 1 bag
Wakame seaweed
to taste
Green onions or scallions
to taste
●Water
150 ml
●Dashi stock granules
1 teaspoon
●Mirin
1 teaspoon
●Usukuchi soy sauce
2 teaspoons
●Doubanjiang
1/3~1/4 teaspoon

Steps

1. Add the ● ingredients and the tofu into a pot. Once it starts to boil, add the bean sprouts. Once the bean sprouts are cooked, it's done. Transfer to a bowl and top with green onions
2. If you are using the whole bag of bean sprouts, add the ● ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil. Then add the bean sprouts. After 20 seconds, take out the bean sprouts and transfer to a bowl.
3. Put the tofu and warmed wakame in the pot and it's ready. Now add this to the bowl with the bean sprouts.
