Tuna, Mayonnaise, Kimchi and Natto Rice Bowl

Tuna, Mayonnaise, Kimchi and Natto Rice Bowl

My son suddenly decided to mix all the things he liked together for a nighttime snack! It's a very simple rice bowl but it's surprisingly tasty.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Plain cooked rice
1 bowl
* Bean sprouts
1/2 bag
* Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
* Salt and pepper
to taste
Kimchi (from Korea)
30-50 g
● Canned tuna
1-2 tablespoons (the same amount as the mayonnaise)
● Mayonnaise
1-2 tablespoons (the same amount as the tuna)
● Natto (fermented soy beans)
1 pack
Finely chopped green onion
To taste

Steps

1. Combine the natto, the sauce and Japanese mustard that comes with it, as well as the tuna and the mayonnaise.
2. Heat a frying pan and add the ● sesame oil and bean sprouts and stir fry. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Put the rice in a large rice bowl.
4. Add the bean sprouts.
5. Put the kimchi on top, plus the natto-tuna-mayo mix, garnish with the chopped green onions and it's done.
6. This is the kimchi I like to use.
