Banana Pound Cake for Those Allergic to Eggs

Even though it contains no egg, this pound cake has a fluffy texture! It's tasty, and can be enjoyed by anyone, with or without an egg allergy.

Ingredients

Cake flour
100 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
30g
Banana
1
Sugar
50-70 g
Salt
a pinch
Milk
50 ml

Steps

1. Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
2. Mash the banana in the bowl, then mix in the oil, sugar and salt.
3. Mix the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the banana.
4. Stir in the milk, then bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180℃.

My youngest child is allergic to eggs. I wanted to make a cake which everyone in my family could enjoy, so I came up with this!
