Soy Milk Hot Pot

You can make a delicious hot pot broth using soy milk and Weipa.

Ingredients: 4-5 servings

Additive-free soy milk
900 ml
500 ml
Weipa (or Chinese soup granules)
2 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
Ground sesame seeds
3 tablespoons plus (as much as you like)
10 g plus (as much as you like)
Any ingredients you like for hot pots...


1. Cut the ingredients for the hot pot into bite-sized pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients for the broth into a pot and cook on low heat. Try not to bring it to boil.
3. Add the ingredients for the hot pot. When everything is cooked through, it's ready.
4. The ingredients I used for this hot pot: Chinese cabbage, burdock root, leek, enoki mushrooms, carrot, chicken meat balls, firm tofu, pork for shabu-shabu and kudzu noodles.
5. Add more soy milk when the soup boils down.
