Story Behind this Recipe
Ever since I ate spinach dip, it has become one of my go-to recipes. Spinach and artichokes make for a deliciously nutritious combination. It's great as a drinking snack!!
If you have leftover dip, you can spread some on a slice of sandwich bread, and toast it in the oven for a quick, delicious treat! It's a suggestion that I got from a friend. The leftovers are just as scrumptious !
