Rich Spinach Dip

Rich Spinach Dip

This is great for a house party.
It's great on bread, crackers, or chips!
Serve with wine!

Ingredients: 4 servings

★ Spinach
as needed
★ Artichokes
200 g (about half of a can)
★ Cream cheese
100 g (about half a package)
★ Sour cream
2 ramen spoons (about 50 ml plus)
★ Mayonnaise
2 ramen spoons (about 50 ml plus)
★ Grated garlic
3 cloves
★Black pepper
a small amount
★ Parmesan cheese
a small amount
● Mozzarella pizza cheese
1/4 cup
Tortilla chips
as desired
Sliced baguette
as desired


1. Quickly boil the spinach in a frying pan.
2. Thoroughly squeeze the water out of the spinach and roughly chop.
3. Remove the artichokes from the can and use a knife to roughly chop.
4. Cut the cream cheese in half and bring to room temperature.
5. Put the ★ ingredients in a bowl.
6. Use a whisk to mix them together.
7. Add the ● mozzarella cheese and mix together.
8. Put the ingredients in a heatproof bowl and sprinkle as desired with Parmesan cheese.
9. Bake in an oven preheated to about 230℃ for about 15 minutes.
10. Once it's lightly browned on top, remove from the oven and enjoy.

Spinach and artichokes make for a deliciously nutritious combination.
It's great as a drinking snack!!
