This bread features plenty of amazake for sweetness, but it is free of any sweeteners. The loaf is on a small side, as if baked on the baguette course, but once you bite into it, you'll enjoy the deep flavor of this bread.
I made brown rice amazake, so I'm trying it out in various recipes.I'm writing about the dangers of dairy products in my food journal.
The bread doesn't rise all that much, so this recipe still has room for improvement. But it's very delicious, so I decided to post it.
Enjoy Japanese food around the world.
