Brown Rice Amazake Bread in a Bread Maker

Brown Rice Amazake Bread in a Bread Maker

This bread features plenty of amazake for sweetness, but it is free of any sweeteners. The loaf is on a small side, as if baked on the baguette course, but once you bite into it, you'll enjoy the deep flavor of this bread.

Ingredients: makes 1 loaf

Brown rice amazake (Recipe ID: 1262662)
200 g (about 1 cup)
Strong bread flour
250 g
1 teaspoon
Olive oil
15 g
Instant dry yeast
1 teaspoon

1. Place the dry yeast in the yeast compartment of the bread machine, add the rest of the ingredients into the bread maker case, and press start for a quick bake and light baking color course!
2. The outside will be crispy and the inside soft and chewy. You can even cut it immediately after baking.
3. Toast to make it more crispy. Use Sake Lees Sliced Cheese (Recipe ID: 1214930) for a dreamy combination.
