Tasty and Easy Basic Udon Noodle Soup Base

It's a soup base that you can drink to the last drop.
A light and comforting udon noodle soup base.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Dashi base (or 300 ml water + granulated dashi soup base)
300 ml
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1/2 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon


1. Add all the ingredients to a pot. Bring to a boil. Add the noodles. You're done in just a blink of an eye, once the soup comes to a slight simmer again.
2. I use koikuchi (regular) soy sauce. If you use usukuchi soy sauce, the color will be lighter, and the soup will taste a bit more mellow.
