Pour the ☆ ingredients into a pot and boil. Add the ingredients starting with the ones that take longer to cook (add the gyoza at the end).
Cover with a lid and heat on medium. When all has cooked well, it is done.
Story Behind this Recipe
I wanted to eat a lot of gyoza, so l put them in a hot pot. Instead of using dumpling sauce, the broth is a ponzu and ra-yu based. Add lots of vegetables.
Add the gyoza in the end. They would break if they're overcooked. Adjust the amount of ponzu sauce and ra-yu to taste. Add as much vegetables and whatever you like. Add a carb such as cooked rice or udon noodles to soak up the broth. It is delicious to add cooked rice or udon noodles in the end.
