Delicious! Sweet Potato French Toast

This tastes just like cake and is delicious even when it's cold! It's a crispy sweet potato French toast that is perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients: 5~6 slices of bread

Sweet potato
150g
Milk
200ml
Eggs
2
Sugar
2 tablespoons
Vanilla essence/extract
2 or 3 drops
Black sesame seeds
to taste
Butter
to taste
Sliced bread
5~6 slices

Steps

1. Yuo can use heavy cream instead of the milk if you like.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes. Put in a dish with a little water, wrap with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave until soft.
3. Once the potatoes have become soft, add the sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla. Using a mixer, mix the ingredients together.
4. Cut the bread slices in half and arrange in a shallow container. Pour the potato cream mixture over the bread.
5. Let the bread soak up all the cream.
6. Heat up a frying pan and put in some butter. Pan fry the bread over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
7. Add black sesame seeds and/or cinnamon powder to taste.
