Healthy Sesame-flavored Shirataki Noodles

A great side dish that pairs well with rice.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shirataki (Konnyaku) noodles
100 g
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
White sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Dashi stock granules
0.5 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1.5 teaspoons


1. Boil the noodles briefly, strain, then cut into edible lengths.
2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and drop in the noodles. When nearly all the water has evaporated, mix in the seasoning ingredients and simmer.
3. Crush the sesame seeds with your fingers, and sprinkle on the noodles.
