One More Recipe with Onion & Nameko Mushrooms

One More Recipe with Onion & Nameko Mushrooms

Here's one more recipe you can make easily using only 3 ingredients.
This is a veggie side dish, kind of like a salad.
How about having it for dinner when you don't know what to make?

Ingredients: 4 to 5 servings

1 large (about 200 g)
Dried wakame seaweed
1 1/2 tablespoon (about 5 g)
Nameko mushrooms
3 heaped tablespoons (about 75 g)

1. Peel the onion and slice into thin wedges. Soak the wakame in water to reconstitute.
2. Put the onion on a small plate and add about 1 teaspoon of cooking sake. Wrap and cook in a stove (600 W) for 4 minutes.
3. This is the cooked onion, wakame and nameko mushrooms.
4. Mix all 3 ingredients in a bowl, then plate and it's ready to eat.
5. You can also top with roasted sesame seeds.

Story Behind this Recipe

I thought of something I could make using the all-purpose nameko mushrooms.
It's also good cold when chilled in the fridge.
