Easy Chinese at Home: Stir-fried Pork and Aubergine with Soy Sauce

The main seasoning I use here is soy sauce but it still makes a very tasty dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork chunks
150 g
● Shaoxing wine
1/2 teaspoon
● Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
● Salt and pepper
To taste
Katakuriko
2 teaspoons
Aubergine
1
Green peppers
1
Japanese leek

☆ Shaoxing wine
1/2 tablespoon
☆ Weipa
About 1 teaspoon
☆ Soy sauce
1/2 to 1 tablespoon
Grated garlic (in tube)
About 1 teaspoon
Grated ginger (in tube)
About 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
About 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 to 2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Marinate the pork with the ● ingredients.
2. Cut the pork and green pepper roughly and slice the Japanese leek diagonally.
3. Mix Step 1 with katakuriko. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, ginger and pork and fry.
4. Add the aubergine to Step 3 and fry.
5. After the aubergine is cooked through add the green pepper and cook. Season with the ☆ ingredients and at the end sprinkle with sesame oil to give the aroma to the dish.
6. This is the Shaoxing wine I used here.
