Warm Vegetable Salad With Cheese Mayonnaise

You can eat a lot of vegetables without cooling your body on cold days.

Ingredients

Vegetables of your choice (asparagus, green beans, etc.)
as much as you like
In the photo:
Broccoli
1/2
Potato
1
Carrot
The same quantity as the potato
Sliced cheese
1slice
Milk
1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Make the vegetables ready. Cube the potatoes, soak in water and then microwave. Cut the carrots up small, sprinkle with water and microwave.
2. I used leftover broccoli, so just cut it up and warm it up briefly in the microwave.
3. Put the cheese and milk in a bowl and heat for about a minute in the microwave. When the cheese melts, mix it up, add the mayonnaise, and mix some more.
4. Put the cooked vegetables in the bowl with the sauce and mix well. Taste, and add salt and pepper if needed.
