Unexpectedly Delicious! Fluffy Eggs with Carrots

Although the result doesn't have a nice appearance, it's a perfect dish with cooked rice. You can make it with leftovers and kids will eat more carrots than usual.

Ingredients

Carrot
300g (4 small carrots)
Eggs
3
Milk
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the carrots into thick strips (2-3 mm). Beat the eggs with milk and mix them well.
2. Heat a frying pan with sesame oil. Cook the carrots for 2 minutes. Season with sugar and soy sauce, then reduce to low heat and cover with a lid.
3. After 5 minutes, pour in the egg mixture and cook.
4. Once the eggs have scrambled, it's done.
