These chicken cutlets aren't fried! They're super moist! No eggs are used in this recipe, so it can be prepared easily in the morning.

Ingredients

Chicken breast
1 piece
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Panko
as needed

Steps

1. Slice the chicken breast on the diagonal, marinade with sugar then mayonnaise, massage in the seasoning, and let rest in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Cover the chicken from Step 1 with panko, heat the pan with a little oil to cover the bottom, and grill the chicken.
