So Good! Sweet and Salty Nagoya-style Thinly Sliced Pork

I made a pork version of Sweet and Salty Nagoya-style Chicken Spare Rib (Recipe ID: 1109217).

Ingredients

Thinly sliced pork ( Any cut of pork you like )
300 g
Flour
As needed
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
● Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
● Mirin
1 1/2 tablespoons
●Sanontou sugar ( or normal sugar )
1 1/2 tablespoons
● Grated garlic
As needed
● Water
4 tablespoons
Pepper
As needed
Sesame seeds
As needed

Steps

1. Cut the meat into bite sizes if it's too big. Mix all the ● ingredients in a bowl.
2. Put the flour in a plastic bag and put the meat in and let the flour coat the meat completely.
3. Pour oil in the frying pan and put the meat in from the Step 2 and make sure to keep the meat separate while you fry them. Add the ● in the frying pan when the meat is about 80% cooked.
4. Turn off the heat once the sauce is completely mixed in and has thickened up a little bit.
5. Serve it on a plate and sprinkle on some pepper and it's ready! I recommend using lots of pepper and sesame seed.
6. So delicious! Sweet and Salty Nagoya-style Chicken Spare Rib (recipe ID: 1109217) This is a the chicken "spare rib" version.
