Granny's Stir-fried Green Peppers

This quick and easy dish is also great for bentos.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Green pepper
Bonito flakes
1 pack
Soy sauce
1~2 tablespoons


1. Slice the green peppers.
2. Stir-fry the peppers in a frying pan. (High heat) Use some oil if you're not using a non-stick frying pan.
3. Add bonito flakes and soy sauce when the peppers are soft, and it's ready.
4. This is a super quick recipe.
