Homemade Egg-free! Soy Milk Mayonnaise

Make this with cholesterol-free oil, and it's perfect for the health-conscious! There are kid and adult versions. Give both a try!

Ingredients

Mustard flavour (Step 1)
Soy milk
50 ml
Vegetable oil
100 ml
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
a small amount
Whole grain mustard
2 teaspoons
Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
Yuzu pepper flavour (Step 2)
Soy milk
50 ml
Vegetable oil
100 ml
Yuzu pepper paste
1 1/2 teaspoons
Vinegar
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Put the soy milk, salt and pepper, mustard, and vegetable oil into a blender in that order, and mix well with each addition. Finally, add lemon juice and mix some more.
2. Add yuzu pepper paste to the soy milk and dissolve it completely. Add vegetable oil and mix in a blender. Finally, add the vinegar and mix well.
3. Season both with salt and pepper to finish.
