Spinach, Chikuwa, and Tuna with Mayo

Chikuwa and tuna are a great combination! Add some spinach to the mix and even spinach avoiders will gobble this down.

Ingredients

Chikuwa
4 sticks (1 package)
Spinach
1/2 bunch
Canned tuna
1 can (80 g)
Mayonnaise
about 5 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Diagonally slice the chikuwa. Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
2. Blanch the spinach and drain well. Cut into 4 cm lengths. I cook mine in the microwave.
3. Mix the chikuwa, tuna, and spinach with the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and mix again.
