Beef Steak with Grated Onion Sauce

Here's a great, easy way of tenderizing cheap red meat. The sauce is light and refreshing but packs a lot of flavor!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Beef Steak
●Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
●Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon
●Grated garlic
About 3 cm
Rock salt
to taste
Coarsely ground black pepper
a small amount (to taste)
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon


1. Grate the onion and mix with the ● ingredients.
2. Lightly pound the steak and cut the sinew. Soak in the ● mixture for about 30 minutes.
3. Take the meat out and season with salt and pepper. Cook on high heat until browned on one side, flip over and add the remaining sauce. Bring it to a simmer, then add the soy sauce.
