Isobe-yaki Fried Satuma-age with Nori Seaweed

Simmer the satsuma-age fish cakes in a sweet-savory sauce and wrap with nori seaweed. Pack in your bento or nibble on with drinks.

Ingredients: 1 serving

☆ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
☆ Mirin
1 teaspoon
Nori seaweed


1. Cut the satsuma-age into bite sizes and fry both sides in a frying pan.
2. Reduce the heat and add the ☆ seasonings. Let the satsuma-age soak up the sauce.
3. After it has cooled, wrap with nori seaweed cut into suitable sizes.
