Mentaiko Cream Pasta

Quickly made and delicious!
How about trying it as a snack with some drinks, or anytime your friends come over.

Ingredients: 1-2 servings

Penne pasta
100 g
●Broken up mentaiko
2 tablespoons
●Heavy cream
100 ml
●Egg yolk
to taste


1. Boil a large amount of water and throw in some salt. Break apart the mentaiko.
2. Boil the penne pasta in the boiling water and cook for 1 minute less than instructed on the package.
3. Add the ● ingredients, excluding the salt, into a frying pan, stir them up and cook. Add the cooked pasta and mix it all together so the sauce coats the noodles. At this point, taste it and adjust the salt as necessary.
4. Arrange it on a plate, garnish with some parsley, and enjoy.
