Boil a large amount of water and throw in some salt. Break apart the mentaiko.
Boil the penne pasta in the boiling water and cook for 1 minute less than instructed on the package.
Add the ● ingredients, excluding the salt, into a frying pan, stir them up and cook. Add the cooked pasta and mix it all together so the sauce coats the noodles. At this point, taste it and adjust the salt as necessary.
Arrange it on a plate, garnish with some parsley, and enjoy.

I had some leftover short pasta, so I made this for my cream-loving daughter.
Make sure to use a lot of water with salt when cooking the pasta. For 1 liter of water, use about 10 g of salt. This is the standard ratio for boiling pasta, so it's convenient if you can remember it.
