Chikuwa Fishcake and Potato Oven Bake

This is an easy recipe using chikuwa fishcake and potatoes.
It's great for a bento too.

Ingredients

Chikuwa
3
Potato
1
Mayonnaise
Pizza cheese

Steps

1. Boil the potato until it's soft enough for a bamboo skewer to go through easily. Add mayonnaise and mix. Use less mayonnaise than the amount of potato.
2. Cut the chikuwa into 4 pieces.
3. Place the potato mayonnaise from Step 1 into the groove of the chikuwa.
4. Lay the chikuwa from Step 3 on a casserole or gratin dish.
5. Squeeze over mayonnaise and add pizza cheese on top.
6. Bake in a toaster oven. Once the cheese has melted and browned, it's done.
