Curry with La France Pear

Curry with La France Pear

My family's favorite dish fruit curry.
This time I made with La France pears.
Save time by cooking in a pressure cooker!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Pear (I used La France pears)
2
Banana
1
Onion
1
Garlic
1 small clove
Soy beans in brine
1/2 cup
Soy milk (or milk)
1 cup
Water
2 cups (400ml)
Bay leaves
2
Soup stock cube
1
Pepper
a small amount
Japanese curry roux
1/2 box

Steps

1. Cut the la france pear, banana, onion and garlic finely and put all ingredients except for the Japanese curry roux in a pressure cooker.
2. Cook over medium heat. When the pressure is on, turn down to low for 3 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave it alone until the pressure reduces naturally.
3. Open the lid and add the curry roux. Stir slowly to dissolve. Once it has dissolved, simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
4. My pressure cooker can hold up to 2 liters.

Story Behind this Recipe

I added La France pears in the fruits curry that I always make. It was slightly sweet and delicious.
