Lots of Mushrooms! Just Microwave!

Enoki mushrooms are a must, but other than that you can use any mushroom types you like in this dish. It's full of flavor and really easy.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Enoki mushrooms
1 pack, about 100 g
Maitake (oyster) mushrooms
50 g (about 1/2 a pack)
The Seasonings:
Ponzu
2 teaspoons
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
Bonito flakes
3 g (1 small packet)
Green onions, thinly sliced
To taste

Steps

1. Spread the enoki mushrooms out on the bottom of a deep heatproof dish.
2. Spread the maitake mushrooms on top, to cover the enoki mushrooms.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 3 minutes.
4. Take off the plastic wrap carefully so you don't burn yourself. It looks like this.
5. Add the ponzu and soy sauce while the mushrooms are still piping hot.
6. Top with bonito flakes and green onion and serve. Mix well before eating.
